App in the Air: Top Travel App App Reviews

Was really happy with the app at first. Great first impression but afterwards you find out that it doesnt update even though TripIt has already updated the previous flight details. Flight details will change and rebooking happens, but new updates just dont flow from tripit to this app. The flight details are also not in the proper date arrangement. The return trip is appearing before the departure trip. And there is no way to change it. Really want to use this instead of tripit but not at this current version. Hope a new update will fix this problem.

First, search function doesnt work in China. Second, my flight next monday leaves Shanghai from SHA which appears as Pudong International Airport... In my FM9453. Fortunately, I live in Shanghai and know that 1) most domestic flights leave Shanghai from Hongxiao Airport, not Pudong 2) SHA is Hongxiao, not Pudong. using blindly the App would take me to the wrong airport and miss my flight !! thanks a lot !

App in the air application is a real asset to organize flights (you can easily find your airways / flight details such as check-in, take off and landing time). The data scientist team is really friendly, you can share ideas / suggestions with them, thank you.

This application is giving wrong terminal/boarding information. For example, a wrong departure terminal is displayed for Air Berlin/Fly Niki in Paris. This is a big problem as in big airports, terminals are not close to each other.

Easy to use, no bugs, keep your tickets and warn you of changes :)

This is a must have app for the seasoned traveler. Forget about walking around looking for flight information at the airport. You have it all in your pocket. Beautiful design & user interface. Extremely fast support in you have any question or problem.

More than 2 years now I am using this app. No problems ! I love the new update ! This app is Very convenient and useful. When you ask a question to the support you get an instant response ! What to say more ! It is great. Again if you are a traveller ... Heavy or light ... It is for you ! The new version is cool with stats and maps per year ... Love it. Probably the best app for getting live information about flights (delays, gates, etc.) The user experience is neat and its founder really professional.

I have been using it for years now. Very nice and I like the dashboard. Link the App et flightradar and share on facebook will be appreciated. Something that flightdiary used to be very weel. Also capture the tail number of the plane should be easy to do. Export of the databse to CSV/Dropbox for archive will be nice too.

Since the latest update, app crashes every time I open it. iPhone 6 - 9.3

Great app, very useful to follow my flights, create check list, etc… I think it can be improved by giving the possibility to merge flights but if you need to do it manually the technical support answer very quickly and the advisor was very nice. I made in app purchases and I don’t regret it.
